ABOUT TASHUA KNOLLS

Tashua Knolls Golf Club & Banquets is home to an expanded and renovated banquet facility that accommodates events of all kinds for our clients from the Fairfield County area. Our event venue handles everything from weddings and family dinners to bar/bat mitzvahs and more.


Tashua Knolls dates back more than 60 years and includes a golf club, restaurant, and banquet hall. We also provide catering for events off premise. Our fully renovated facility can accommodate more than 300 guests. We have a variety of wedding and event packages available to help make your big day as special as possible. OUR STAFF

For nearly 35 years, Domenick Faustini has been involved in all aspects of restaurant and facilities management. He is now in his sixth year at Tashua Knolls. 


Domenick’s experience in the restaurant management industry dates back more than three decades. He began with the business his parents started back in the 1940s. After earning a culinary arts degree from Johnson & Wales University in Rhode Island, Faustini started his own catering business, which eventually grew to include three locations.


Domenick later moved on to handle corporate management of Pitney Bowes and SNET food services , as well as a former position as partner and executive chef at Oronoque Country Club. He has remained committed to managing customer-focused businesses. Domenick and his entire team can exceed your expectations for a banquet, wedding, or any special outing.
