For nearly 25 years, Domenick Faustini has been involved in all aspects of restaurant and facilities management.
Prior to his own professional career, Domenick grew up with the business his parents started back in the 1940s. After earning his degree in Culinary Arts from Johnson and Wales College in Rhode Island, he opened up a catering business that eventually grew to include 3 locations.
With restaurant experience ranging from corporate management of Pitney Bowes and SNET food services to a former position as partner and Executive Chef at Oronoque Country Club, Domenick understands the importance of managing a customer-focused business. In his 6th year at Tashua Knolls, Domenick and his entire team stand ready to exceed your expectations for your banquet or outing.
